Authorized User Tradeline Services & Primary Rental Tradeline

All package authorized user trade-lines appear within 60 days from the date you make your balance payment to pay for your authorized user trade lines on your file. Most post within 30 days, and some post sooner. It depends on the credit bureaus after you are added.

Some trade-lines stay on a your file permanently. Most AU’s only stay on your file from 30 to 60 days. You want to take advantage of primary trade line applications while the authorized user accounts are attached to your new file.

If the authorized user line does not appear within the 60-day period, we will issue a replacement (if conditions are met). If the replacement line also fails to post within its timeframe, we will provide a new tradeline.

However, we require you to maintain an active credit monitoring service to verify whether tradelines have posted. We recommend free trial services like [list of services provided below], which you can cancel within the first week at no cost (instructions provided below).

Here’s why this matters: We need verified proof that a tradeline has not posted before we can invest in adding replacement tradelines. Without active credit monitoring, there’s no way to confirm posting status. These monitoring services use APIs with security protocols that pull current, real-time credit report data—which is why they typically cost money, though free trials are available.

From our perspective, we must have absolute confirmation that tradelines are missing before providing additional services. Credit monitoring is the only reliable way to obtain this proof.

Important Client Responsibility

You as the client and/or Agent Broker are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit to us. Being one digit off on a Number or date of birth, or spelling a name incorrectly will cause a trade-line not to post properly. We DO NOT replace lines when you submit inaccurate information so please double check your info. If you submit incorrect or inaccurate information, you would need to re-purchase the line again if the order was already processed.

Credit Monitoring Requirements

It is the client’s responsibility to open credit monitoring services with the three major U.S. credit bureaus. We highly recommend: https://www.identityiq.com/ because it provides quicker updates, more accurate information, data from the three major U.S. credit bureaus and sends alerts in real time that the free services do not send.

Don’t have the money right now to pay for credit monitoring services? That’s OK, just get the free trial of any of the paid services for a week. Pay the $1 and then as soon as you download all three credit reports You can cancel it on the 6th day so you don’t get charged the monthly premium fee.

Just be sure not to sign up for any paid credit monitoring (If you can’t afford the monthly monitoring cost) until you KNOW, and we’ve let you know, that the trade lines should have posted already. That way when you’re doing the free/premium option you can have that 6 day window to make sure that you’re able to see the trade lines posting before you cancel the premium credit monitoring account.

Note that we do not accept Credit Karma or any free credit monitoring site account status as proof of non-posting (example: creditkarma.com only shows 2 credit agencies scores).

Accepted Monitoring Sites

***The monitoring service you use must provide access to all three credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion).

Free credit reporting sites use outdated data systems, which means updates can take months to appear. In contrast, paid monitoring services show new information as soon as it posts to your credit reports. This real-time access is essential for verifying tradeline posting in a timely manner.

Reporting Timeline

After the 30th business day after the upload date, if the line has not posted, please contact us to inform us. We will investigate. If you don’t contact us, then we DON’T KNOW ABOUT IT.

After 20 business days, if you have not emailed us we will assume that the line has posted and the transaction has successfully completed.

Fraud Alerts & Freezes

IMPORTANT: If you have a Fraud Alert or Freeze on your credit report, you MUST remove it in order for your trade-line to report properly. ANY AND ALL FRAUD or FREEZE ALERTS MUST BE REMOVED BY YOU.

If you do not remove fraud alerts or freezes, you will run into posting issues that we will not accommodate for. In order to remove a Fraud Alert, you must call each credit bureau and remove it. You are welcome to put the fraud or freeze alert back on your file once your trade-line posting is complete.

In the event of a trade line getting shut down, or a line becoming unavailable or sold out, we will select an adequate replacement trade line and move you to it. This may be without notice. Changes happen so frequently that we are unable to notify every client of every change.

Other packages listed on the site also have a specific time frame for completion. If you buy a tradeline à la carte & not in a package expect a minimum of (1) credit agency posting. A substitution will NOT be issued if instructions were not followed.

Important Disclaimers & Policies

Ministry of Civil Affairs™ CANNOT issue a refund on trade-line/tradeline services in the event tradeline(s) do not populate onto Base Profile Product Credit Profile Number or Social Security Number when buying tradelines à la carte or as part of a package on our packages page.

Advanced Deposit Policy

If you made a deposit on a service or product to secure a discount price or otherwise, all deposits are non-refundable. However, you can apply the deposit to other products or services if you change your mind about the original product or service you made a deposit for.

Please be advised that we cannot guarantee tradeline authorized users, as these services are provided by third-party vendors beyond our control. Due to frequent changes in financial institutions, we also cannot offer refunds for credit privacy numbers (CPNs).

While we strive to assist you in creating and maintaining your privacy file, using a CPN is at your own risk. We can confirm that using a CPN in commerce is legal; however, we cannot ensure that third-party companies will accept CPNs, even if you disclose your use of one.

CPNs do not have established legal guidelines; however, we emphasize the importance of ensuring your CPN is valid, that a trimerged report has been completed, and that public records are accurate to successfully build your CPN profile.

As the financial landscape changes, we cannot guarantee the reliability of CPN files. Nevertheless, our credit privacy file package includes a Social Security Number (SSN) disclosure kit that enhances access to products and services without the need for a CPN or SSN. This kit is valuable and represents the insider information we provide through our communications.

The insights and educational support we offer far surpass any costs associated with our services. We understand that personal circumstances vary; whether you face threats or seek privacy, utilizing our files can help you navigate these challenges effectively.

To benefit from our services, you must actively engage in your file’s development. We provide extensive information, including guides, legal references, and direct support. Each file we create is ensured to be safe and unassociated with any other identity or financial matter. If an error occurs and your number is compromised, we will gladly create a new file for you at no additional cost.

We offer clear step-by-step instructions to help you manage your file responsibly to avoid any overlapping with your previous information. While we provide comprehensive guidance, we cannot accept responsibility for mistakes made by clients, even with ample resources available on our website.

Although we do not offer refunds, we provide substitutions, new files, credits toward other services, and ongoing support available five days a week. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Here’s a clear breakdown of how our tradeline service works and what you can do with it:

  • Our Guarantee: Due to the challenges and costs involved, we can only guarantee that your package will successfully post to a minimum of one credit bureau. More than likely the more you’ve spent on your package and the additional trade lines that come with our more advanced packages will usually have at least two credit bureaus post credit scores and sometimes 3. once your score/s post the original package that you purchased service has been successfully completed. Even though we provide lifetime support on your profile on your account helping you along the way our services are considered finalized once your score is post.

  • Why This Matters: Seeing a credit score appear in your profile is a major milestone.

  • Your Next Step: Carefully read our “Primary Trade Lines” email (if you haven’t received it yet email support so we can send it out immediately). It includes a link to a list of lenders and the specific credit bureaus they use So for example if you 700 plus scores posting on Equifax you can deal directly with all of the financial tools and lenders that pull from Equifax so you don’t do applications that result in negative responses and hard inquiries. we recommend doing applications to companies that specifically say on their website that they do soft pulls and not hard pulls. If you want a list just ask.

  • The Bottom Line: Even if you only have one bureau reporting a score, you can still access all the financial companies and tools that rely on that bureau. **Special Note: If you’re a member with us you’ve received a list of recommended secure cards and most all secured cards post to two to 3 credit bureaus. additionally our rental primary that shows five to eight years of credit history also shows scores on two to three credit bureaus. Base Profile Product Policy

The Base Profile Product you purchased is a digital product made specifically for you. We cannot put it “back on the shelf” so to speak. There is no refund for the “Base Profile Product” you already received and can still use regardless of your understanding of how to use it successfully or not. Our service and logic to set you up for success comes free of charge with the Digital Base Profile Product that you purchased and gets delivered to you. The additional free enhancements that come with the file add additional value to the consideration you have in commerce with rentals etc. We are here to help you achieve the mission you assigned to us by providing the data you need or the instructions to make all digital variables stack in your favor for your desired outcome. In rare circumstances there are files that are created that will have inaccurate reporting posted on the credit file when a client logs in for credit monitoring for the first time. You agree and allow Ministry of Civil Affairs to create a new credit file for you in these circumstances or remove and dispute any accounts on the file that are inaccurate when the file is not associated with any other entity. No substitutions are given 6 months from the “File Genesis Date” stated on your “New File Data” document.

New Business Start-Up Package

The statement on the business package service includes menu item #1 “get you Business Funding up to $10,000 in as soon as 5-weeks from service start date *Restrictions apply” is established within (5) weeks of business “work days” not including holidays and weekends. We have support 7 days a week but do not conduct business build-out procedures during the weekend as many websites are not processing business data audits from human users during the weekends. 5 weeks x 7 days equals 35 total days. 5 weeks in “business days” a.k.a. “weekdays” or “work days” is equivalent to a total of 46 days depending on holidays during the time of business management.

The price of the “New Business Start-Up Package” and the statement that the “price includes filing fees” signifies that our service covers and includes Secretary of State registration fees, domain registration, business email creation and forwarding, monthly hosting fees, 800 number setup fees, virtual address fees, and other business services as listed in the features of the service page. Ongoing operating costs, such as business address, 800 number, domain, business email creation and forwarding, and monthly hosting fees, will be absorbed by MCA for a period of two (2) months, after which the client will assume responsibility for all subsequent payments. brandmetrics.us will begin billing the client for business email, annual domain management, and monthly hosting fees once the two-month credit period expires. Clients are required to log into their accounts and replace MCA’s credit card with their own for future billing related to the business address and 800 number. If the client fails to update the default billing method, MCA will send reminder notices to ensure that clients remain up to date with their business services necessary for their success. Should the default payment method not be updated, MCA or one of its members or administrator members will add a handling and processing charge to the management fees of the affected services and allow the client to pay by a method that is most suitable for them. In the event that the registered business owner does not communicate regarding their business services and fails to pay for these services, the 800 number, virtual address, domain, business email, and hosting may be suspended, making your business and web presence unreachable to the public. Clients will receive email notifications about the status of their business services associated with their business build-out to help them stay informed and ensure the best chance of success during the processing of establishing their new business structure.

Additionally, “5-weeks to $10,000.00” assumes that there is a PG a.k.a. Personal Guarantor attached to the business with a 690+ FICO© Credit Score via a Credit Privacy File or an attached SSN Credit Profile. “Up to” can mean any approvals we get you “up to” $10,000 which can be any amount up to the stated $10,000 shown. You agree that the Business Start-Up Package is not refundable since the logic and consultancy that goes into assessments and directives of your business’s management cannot be put back on the shelf so to speak to be returned and sold to another party. If you select to register an LLC in a state other than New Mexico the additional registration fees will be added onto the total service price. Additionally, you will receive support up to 90 days with any edits on your website or with the secretary of state to file amendments to business structure or data. The 90 days starts from the time you make your first payment for the business build-out service. If you need support outside of the 90-day window then a service and consultation fee will be charged at $50 an hour for any changes or updates to the business structure or website. Important Business Build-Out Disclosures

Please review the following information about our business build-out services, fees, and policies:

International Business Building Service Customer Disclosures

THESE DISCLOSURES SUPERCEDE ANY VERBAL AGREEMENTS AND/OR REPRESENTATIONS. PLEASE READ THEM SO THERE ARE NO MIS-UNDERSTANDINGS. THESE DISCLOSURES ARE ALSO PROVIDED TO EACH CUSTOMER AT VARIOUS STAGES THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS OF DELIVERING EACH ORDER.

PERSONAL CREDIT AND PERSONAL GUARANTEE REQUIRED: Although corporate credit and funding can be obtained from trade credit vendors and lenders without using your personal credit and personal guarantee, this type of funding is only possible after substantial corporate credit is obtained and used properly over a period of at least 6 to 12 months. For this reason, you should expect that all funding you will obtain in the first 6 to 12 months from the date you purchase the Business Build Out Package will always require using either your credit privacy file or personal credit for the personal guarantee.

  1. GOOD AND CLEAN CREDIT RECOMMENDED: There are no minimum credit scores as each Lender has its own separate Underwriting Matrix. If your Personal Credit is not perfect, you can purchase a Standard or Pro Credit Privacy Package from us and save money in the long run. We will then build the 80 Paydex Score for the Corp while you improve your Personal Credit situation through our credit repair program.
  2. CORPORATE ENTITY PURCHASE SEPARATE FROM FUNDING RESULTS: The corporate entity building service purchase stands alone and is never tied to actual funding results you end up achieving. Any assistance we may provide with financing is treated as a completely separate service, completely separate and independent of the corporate entity building service purchase. You are not eligible for a refund based on what funding results you achieve or don’t achieve.
  3. U.S. 80 PAYDEX PROGRAM TAKES 45 TO 60 DAYS: We can achieve an 80 Paydex Score or higher within 45 to 60 Days, assuming you follow our instructions in a timely manner. We do everything possible on your behalf in order to minimize your involvement in the process. You can go for Funding either before or after the 80 Paydex Program is complete – The choice is yours. However, beware that some of the Lenders you apply with may deny your applications specifically due to not having an 80 Paydex Score. For this reason, we always recommend that our Clients obtain the 80 Paydex Score before going to Funding, so that Funding Results can be maximized. The 45 to 60 day time frame is counted from the day the corporation setup process is 100% complete. The 80 Paydex Program does not include the cost of purchasing small-value items from the reporting vendors. Expect to spend an additional $250+ (approximately) with trade credit vendors.
  4. NO GUARANTEE NOR PREDICTION OF FUNDING RESULTS: The purchase of the business build out corporate entity service greatly facilitates the achievement of corporate credit and financing, but does not guarantee it. No one here can predict your funding results. Various factors, such as your personal / CPN credit scores and credit history, how you choose to manage either your personal of CPN, the availability of lenders based on your geographical location, the current economic climate, and your ability to follow-through on credit applications and approval requirements, are all factors outside our control and for that reason we legally cannot and therefore do not in any way guarantee any particular result for customers, whether we assist you in the process of obtaining financing or not. YOUR RESULTS WILL DEPEND ON VARIOUS FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL AND CANNOT BE GUARANTEED NOR PREDICTED BY ANYONE.
  5. REGISTERED AGENT SERVICE IS FREE FOR 6 MONTHS: Having a Registered Agent is Required by law. If you live in the same state as the LLC, then you can be your own registered agent and use your home or business physical address. For clients living in the same state we will use you as your own registered agent. This will save you future fees annually. Failure to pay for a Registered Agent will result in the suspension of the Corporate Entity by the Secretary of State.

SUCCESS FEE TERMS:

Please read and understand the Terms below:

  1. You agree to pay us the Success Fee of 10% (Ten Percent) of the maximum credit limit or maximum gross loan amount of each credit facility approved with our assistance and understand that Success Fees are due within 3 business days after you receive access to funds. For Credit Card Approvals, we allow you to pay the Success Fee using the actual Credit Card(s) you receive in the mail. We may submit up to a Maximum of 15 Credit Applications for you and/or your Business to Lenders we select with your Initial verbal agreement. Any additional Credit Applications will need your written authorization. We cannot guarantee that you will be approved for any particular amount of financing, or any financing at all. Results vary from Client to Client. We will not honor any request to limit, restrict, and/or exclude any Lender(s) or Financial Product(s) from our internal list of potential Lenders that we may submit your Credit Application to. By using our Service you are trusting our judgment in selecting all Lenders and Financial Products and understand that any applications submitted on your behalf will result in hard inquiries being made to one or more of the credit bureaus, and that we cannot know ahead of time which bureaus will be used. If you decide to do Applications on your own through the guidance of our available Guides and PDFs you will not be charged a success fee of 10% and all approvals will be considered self issued and 100% owner managed.
  2. If you choose to use our assistance on any potential application You must be actively involved in the application process and follow our instructions in a timely manner. We will always do as much as possible to save you time and facilitate the process for you, but there are certain things you will need to do yourself. You must be honest and tell us the truth about how much you are approved for with each lender, and you must be ready and willing to accept all the unsecured financing we obtain for you up to your requested maximum – whether it is a Loan, Line of Credit, or Credit Card, and you must not intentionally sabotage any Approvals we obtain for you by failing to provide information, failing to do verification calls, and/or declining Approvals.
  3. You must inform us of each lender’s approval or denial decision in a timely manner. You will do this by providing us with either an approval or denial letter from the lender within a maximum of 30 calendar days from each credit application’s submission date. If you fail to provide an Approval or Denial Letter within 30 Days, we will assume you were approved and funded and charge you the respective success fees. Any success fee that is past-due more than 30 calendar days will be sent to collections which will result in a collection account showing on your personal credit reports and other possible collection actions. All collection costs will be your responsibility and added to the amount due.
  4. Credit Facilities approved with our assistance are subject to adverse changes by the lender at any time after being approved. These possible adverse changes include but are not limited to credit limit reductions, interest rate increases, and account closure. We will not be held responsible for any such adverse changes that may occur after the credit facility’s initial approval.

TERMS SPECIFIC TO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:

  1. You authorize us to charge you credit card for the purchase price, and agree that if you decide to pay half down or split this payment among more than one of your credit cards, that each of your credit cards may be charged without the need for additional authorizations, as long as the total charged does not exceed the total purchase price.
  2. You certify that we have verified your credit card (front and back) and photo identification to confirm your identity, and that you are both the customer and the cardholder in this transaction.
  3. You accept the Product(s) provided for the Purchase Price as delivered in full as soon as the Articles of Incorporation/Organization & first 10 points of servie shown on our business package page are emailed to the registered email address your provided on your account registration. Time stamp email confirmation shall serve as final proof of the Product(s) being delivered to you satisfactorily, and as final proof that the amount charged has been fully earned.
  4. You understand that Partial Payment(s) towards the Purchase Price shall be considered as a Non-Refundable Deposit towards the Purchase Price in exchange for the the Corporate Entity building service above for a mutually agreed-upon period of time, which shall never exceed 30 Days. In the event this time period expires and the balance of the Purchase Price is not yet paid, you agree that your Partial Payment(s) shall become Store Credit, available for future use with us for a maximum period of 6 months, after which the store credit will expire.
  5. You agree that due to the intrinsic nature of the Product(s), the Product(s) and any associated Service(s) (if any) that may be included with Product(s) cannot be cancelled and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Credit Card Fraud: What You Need To Know

Civil Theft

This happens when a Client purchases a business building services from us and subsequently calls their Credit Card Company and falsely claims that the Corporate Entity was never delivered, or that the Client was never involved in placing the Order with us in the first place, or some other false claim aimed at getting his Credit Card Company to return the funds to the Client at our expense, resulting in a situation where the Client received the Corporate Entity in full and on time, but effectively stole the Corporate Entity from us. This is called Civil Theft, and we will refer all such cases to a Collection Attorney in the Client’s Home State, and well as report to, and assist the FBI in prosecuting such Crimes.

 

CUSTOMER RESULTS DEPEND ON VARIOUS FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL AND CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. FUNDING CAPACITY IS NOT A GUARANTEED FUNDING AMOUNT. YOUR PERSONAL GUARANTEE IS REQUIRED FOR UNSECURED FUNDING. SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS – WE ISSUE STORE CREDIT ONLY.

FEATURES:

  1. If you are not satisfied with any Features you purchased a.k.a. points of service, you may request that the problem be corrected by providing us with written notice of the problem no later than 7 Calendar Days from the service provision date when you became aware of the service was provided via email through our email service completed delivery notification, and you shall allow us a maximum of 14 Calendar Days to correct the problem and provide you with a corrected deliverable. If after 14 Calendar Days the problem is not corrected, you may request store credit in the value of the Feature or point of service.
  2. Work on your business will start once you submit your “Register For Service” form on our business package page.

CORPORATE ARTICLES:

 Your new Corporate Articles will be sent to you via both electronic mail as well as Certified Return Receipt Postal Mail.  Transfer times vary from state to state and are dependent upon the state of registration with turn around times averaging approximately 5 days after the setup is complete which will be provided to the email address that you provide to us during your registration and phone consultation setup interview.  A postal mail version will be printed and mailed to you by certified return receipt with anticipated delivery times averaging 7 to 10 business days after your setup Is complete.
